Quick cone filter question

I am currently running a healthy Place Racing CAI setup with a freshly cleaned throttle body and intake manifold. I have had the setup for about a year & 1/2 without problems. But yesterday when doing some engine bay cleaning, my cone filter got stolen by my dog and he murdered it. Personally I was happy to see the thing get torn up. I was wondering what brands of cone filters are more advantageous that the "oh-so-effective" Monster Flow foam douchbag under my fenderwall now? Is K&N just about the only alternative?

get a K&N, fairly cheap compared to some others ($50), its proven, and its washable so it will last

K&N isn't at all the only alternative, but its probably the best.
