Brakes
Brakes
It is time to repalce my brake pads. Which brand of pads do you all recommend? Should I go with Nissan OEM?...man they are expense, but if they make a difference I will buy them.
ALso, anyone know where I can buy Nissan OEM brakes for less? COurtesy NIssan?

If performance isn't your primary concern the OEM pads will do just fine, and they're quiet. If you want more performance out of your pads and you're willing to put up with more brake dust check out the Porterfield R4S.

I have now installed Raybestos Quiet Stop Pads on 97 SE and 97 I30. No problems, no noise, almost no dust - much less than OEM and better braking than OEM. I am very pleased with them!
