Shift Points On Automatic?
I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS A WAY TO CHANGE THE SHIFT POINTS. I KNOW WITH THE AFC(APEX,I) YOU CAN ADJUST THE RPM SETTINGS AND WAS JUST WONDERING IF THIS WOULD ADJUST THE SHIFT POINTS OR IF THERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO DO THIS.ANY KNOWLEDGABLE HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. YES I SEARCHED. AND SOORY ABOUT THE CAPS.

No. Wish there was. Although I not sure it would improve 1/4 mile times. I find that letting it shift on its own seems to work best, it shifts around 6200 on my car at WOT.
The S-AFC allows you to change the A/F Ratio at different RPM's by changing the signal from the MAF to the Computer.

besides the ecu adjustment, u can also adjust the throttle cable which it can be more agressive in shifting... especially during WOT...
before i tight up my throttle cable, at WOT it only goes up to 6,200rpm... but after tightened (really tight) cable + intake, it goest up to 6,500... tat's jus my experience

Your throttle cable was just loose. From the factory; your cables should have enough tension to open the throttle plate fully when you put the pedal to the floor. That's like saying you can gain HP from changing your oil. It's not true. You're not changing anything. You're just repairing something that wasn't working.

Valve body mod will help your car shift later. A modified TCU (transmission control unit) would also do the trick. I don't know if a modified TCU is available. Valve Body will make your car shift later and harder. You can always manually shift the car also.
