this weird sound from driver side wheel (kinda long)

ok..it's been like almost 2 years with this prob. i got into an accident in summer 2001 and my driver side wheel got jacked up and it wasn't my fault. anyways i wanted to take it to dealer or to body shop which nissan dealers recommend but had to take it to korean body shop cuz of my dad. when i got it back it was fine. didn't hear anything from there but few days after i started to hear some weird *hmmm* sound from driver side wheel and it's a lil louder when i go on corners and stuff espeically on ramps. i took it to the dealer and they said something missing or something. some kind of rubber or something. i forgot what it was called. so i took it back to the body shop and told them about it and dat guy goes "it's there" so i couldn't really say anything about it. and here i am still having dat prob. didn't really have time to drop my car off cuz i need it to get to work and school. can anybody tell me what is wrong with the wheel or suspension or whatever?

You are going to have to do WAY more work on your own before anyone on here will be able to help you out. A rubber something isn't exactly very helpful. You should have gotten the exact part name and part number from the dealership, you should have asked the dealership show you where the missing part is supposed to go, if not on the car, atleast in the FSM.

Sorry to tell you, but unless you get more info, no one will really be able to help you out. There are MANY rubber components in your suspension.
