Has anyone had trouble contacting street beat? I tried emailing them about strut tower brace stock, but I have yet to get a reply. I want to know if they are responsive before I trust them with an order.

I got my "Matrix" FSTB from Street Beat" - Awesome.

It took awhile because they were out of stock, but no problems with it.

I tried ordering from them and it took at least a month before I could get in contact with them. I waited 4 months and still no strut bar so finally I cancelled my order.

I've ordered twice from street-beat and both times I cancelled. Waited 2 months for a freakin strut bar. I emailed them 3 times and they never replied. You have to call them personally and yell at them.

It took me two months to get my strut bar. What I did was call them directly and checked on the order. I did place the order on-line with no problems.

On the contrary to what's being discussed, I ordered my FSTB this past weekend (on-line) and according to UPS it's supposed to delivered today! I cannot wait to go back home and see.
