Help with EGR Code

After installing a MEVI on mrb23's 1998 Max, he's getting a repeating EGR Code.

We removed the manifold, resealed and retorqued everything and checked all the vacuum going to the manifold.

His EGR diaghram isn't moving at all.

Suggestions?

its very simply, I got that code a few days ago, man!!! i remplace all the gasket of the EGR system(pipe, egr valve, temp sensor, etc etc etc)
My EGR solenoid is almost new(4 months) so...i didnt know WTF with my car...i ALMOST buy a new EGR valve(100 box).........for pure curios...i check all the hoses from all the EGR system and BAMMMMMM!!! the hose that comes from the solenoid(to map sensor, and to intake air duct) had a little hole on in..........thats why my Fg...pcm pulls me 0302 cause there was no vaccum on it.

i hope this helps

0302 is EGR insufficient or excessive flow detected.

I know what the code means - and I've already checked every hose for leaks by using a vacuum tester.

But thanks for trying.

Anyone else??

So did you try disconnect the EGR valve vacuum hose.Apply vacuum to see if the EGR valve should lift up and release the vacuum then the EGR should lower. If it's not moving then you might have a bad EGR.
