Audio help!

Ok I have been saving up to go completely aftermarket on my sound system and today my HU went out. I have a 96 with the BOSE system. Does anyone have a short term solution for me? I would like to put a CHEAP Head unit in until I have enough money to do what I want. Any ideas?

Thanks

yes you do need speical wire harnes. diffintily. or go on ebay. and buy the same head unit as yours. they sell them on ebay. good prices.
or if you planning to do after market so just get this one and get the wire harneses. after this you all set.

what is wrong with your current HU? Also, any 95-99 HUs should work.

you mean it could be battery? because alternator charges your battery. and for starting it doesnt do much. how long ago did you change your battery?

With your car running, take the positive terminal off the battery. If the car stays running, your alternator should be charging. If it stalls, your battery is doing all the work.

make sure all the cables are tight. and do ECU code readin on your car. before you draw conclusion about alternator.
