For the people who did the 5 speed conversion...

how much money did you spent on the parts and tools???
i'm thinking about doing it by myself with my friend, so i can learn as i go on. thanks.

yeah, i read it over many times. i know the price differs, but i just wanna know who has done it for cheapest...

Mine cost more cause i got aftermarket parts. Just buy the stuff and do it and see how much it is in the end.
