if you have overdrive off you can hit 500 rpm higher in thrid gear than when it is on, so what you should do is keep over drive off until you get that extra 500 rpms and once you do click it on and you will have the higher rpms to keep maintaining your acceleration, if you dont do this your car will drive much slower in the fourth gear gaining no acceleration and making it seem as if topping your car out, but in reality you are not and you are missin a few mph's

My friend hit about 150-155 estimate on his 97 SE maxima Fully loaded with only a stillen intake and a ypipe.

BULLSH!T . It is imposible , those mods might add about 3or4 mph to the topspeed. You frend must of ben drunk .
