Am I making mistake selling Trenz Valance?

I would like to hear people's thoughts/opinions on how a black 98 SE looks with a Trenz lower valence and stock upper grille...
I've had the Trenz valance on for over a year and have always liked it, but it's kinda getting old to me and I can't decide if I want to keep it or not.

Here is a pic:

I think it looks nice, but sometimes I feel like it's a little too much. I also need the money to buy some new headlights. I'll be putting on my Stillen kit soon, so take that into consideration when giving your opinion.
Thanks for any meaningful responses...

-Tony

Don't like it, but I don't like any of the grille mods...

I have both, top and bottom. They are off for the winter but going back on soon. In my opinion it only looks good when you have both, the grill and the valance.

Get rid of it or paint it a darker color.

I think it looks good actually. I also think it woulda looked good with the stillen kit. Besides, YOUR car should not be what other people like, it should be what YOU like.

When your at shows, it DOES matter what other people like...

I only do things to my car that I like...I'd never do anything to it that I didn't like...the valance sticks out like a sore thumb IMO.

I stands out when you don't have the missing piece, the grill. I have both, and IMO I think they blend in.
