List of who makes which modifications for the 4th generation Maxima…

Ok I am trying to put together a comprehensive list of which companies make which after market modifications for the 4th gen maxima with links to there websites so I and others can then research them easily and use them for reference. And hopefully it will help some other people out to get an idea who makes which 4th gen parts. So if you see any I forgot (or that don’t exist) feel free to tell me, and to make any comments about changes or additions you think I should make. Also if you know the website of a company that I could not find, let me know. O and I am also not including all the Ebay/generic brands that exist out there or universal things, just trying to get the main ones. A good example of this is intakes, FSTB's, and mufflers there are tons of generic (and some not) univeral ones out there that will fit on many cars including the maxima, and i dont feel that it is necessary to list all those. And yes I am aware that there is a mod list already out there on maximadriver.com Link to mod list, but it is kinda old now and I did not find it until I was like half done with this.

Another thing that should be noted is that I did not cover every aftermarket part that you can get for a 4th gen maxima such as mufflers for example, and some others because there are simply too many options out there and also many universal ones, plus it would have taken way to long (it took long enough as it is!). In the future I will most likely revise this whole thing with prices, info for each one, and links to where they can be bought for the best price. And also maybe add some of the things I left out such as mufflers and so on to the list. But for now it should make a good list for me to work with, improve little by little and to be revised later. And again feel free to tell me things to add or take away. Hopefully this helps out some people, since it took me quite some time to do!

Ok i put it in that thread, looks like it will help them out. The new FAQ idea sounds great and very organized but it is going to take some time. Hey i am a "Maxima Enthusiast" now, yay.

Awesome list, very comprehensive. Two things of note...

UPRD and GForce are the same, UPRD became GForce.

Clutchnet (clutchnet.com) makes maxima clutches as well, Mardigrasmax has one.

Good job. How about a page that gives mod reviews specific to manufacturer and a poll thread or something that has how many ORGers have which ones. Just a thought. Sick of bbickering between a hand full of people when there are thousands on the ORG.

What about the Kei-Office and HotBits coilovers, the HotBits A32 coilovers are listed under Cefiro A32 on this page:

http://www.speedworks.com.my/hotbits/product_2.html

I searched for the Kei Office coilovers for A32 online but didn't find them, though I have seen them for A32 in japanese magazines. Also Tein S-Tech springs need to be added.

Added the Hotbit and Kei-Office coilovers along with the Tein S-tech springs. I must have missed that post on the first page. Thanks neal! I wish a bodykit expert could clear up the bodykits for me. I am pretty sure that the Type cyber kit is the same thing as a JT-autostlye but extreme demensions either re-badged it or just sells it thought their site. Because the pics on JT-autostlye's site are the same ones at ED uses on there site to show the kit. And you can also get the kit at www.visionautodynamics.com and they list it as a JT Type cyber kit, and also use the same pictures as that ED uses for the kit. And then there is Erebuni. If you go the the first link below you can see that style number 743 is a sarona kit and maybe the one below it the 327 is made by Erebuni? But then on sarona's site (check the second link) they have the same two body kits sold though their site! so i am thinking that the first kit the 95-99 one (style # 743) is made by sarona but Erebuni sells them though their site and the 95-96 one (style # 327) is made by Erebuni but sarona sell it though their site. I am pretty sure i have it figured out but i just want someone to confirm it for me. Ah if only i could seach.

Add brake parts to list

You might want to add brake parts, such as slotted rotors to your list.

Made a few updates to the bodykits. Right now i am working on a "Body kits explained" thread and will post it in the 4th gen forum when i am done. Body kits can get very confusing since alot of them are re-badged and/or sold though someones elses site.

Just to let folks know that Budget Performance Exhaust is also making their own CAI. Its closer to an Injen than anything else. Its made from Polished Stainless Steel at sells for approx $160 US. They also sell Catalytic Convetors, Catbacks as well as Eibach Springs and Shocks.

Yeah i think you mean This list which is pretty outdated now. Also alot of those HP numbers are off. In the future i would like my list to look something like that with prices, HP gains, general info, ect. But thats for a future revision...
