Transmission problem?

Transmission problem?
I have a 96 se maxima which is automatic with 150k miles. Occasionally when the car shifts from 2nd to 3rd it will be a slight vibration before kicking into 3rd. or vis versa..when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd..i slighty jerks with a small vibration...i did not think much of it since it only happens occasionally but do I need a new transmission or could it be another problem? The trans fluid level is just right.
