What else causes a rough idol?

I have new plugs (NGK Copper), air filter, fuel filter, cleaned
the throttle body and still have a rough idol. I'm thinking it's
the coil packs. Would a knock sensor cause rough idoling? I tryed
resetting my ecu but not sure if it did anything. You turn the
screw all the way to the right and then all the way back to where
it was originally, right?

Well, many things make a rough Idol, like: the number of suspension, the number of fines, the number of fights, even the number of technicals make a difference. For example, if your Idol is Ron Artest, then you can say you have a rough Idol -

Any ways, bad fuel injuector can cause a problem, or if your idle is too low.

do you have an intake setup with a breather element on your crank? alot of people, including me, have noticed a rough idle (idol..lol) with the breather. its kinda annoying so i think i'm going to get rid of it.

a bad idle could be many things. You said you changed your spark plugs? Are you sure they all work? You can check you spark plugs and coils but taking one out at a time and placing them on the engine block/head anything that has a ground, have some one crank the engine and look at the spark plug. If you ahve no spark , try a different plug that you know for sure its good, if thats dosent work its your coil pack. A vacuum leak can also be have a part in your bad idle. To test this you can take a carb cleaner and spary anywhere there is a vacuum in the engine. and no the knock sensor would not make a rough idle
