I have bad gas milage

today i filled my car up with 6 bucks of gas (93 octane) from E line it moved up til the quarter tank line. it as about 5.5 gallons. And i only made like 50 miles in city/highway driving pretty much normally, and its already on E again! I saw some other org member reseted his ECu or something to fix this? I tihnk i have the same problem. Anyone can help?

don't worrie... mine is also bad.. i have a little over 20 mpg... something is wrong though....

If you haven't replaced your fuel filter for a while try doing that. It will help gas mileage

price?
How much are fuel filters..and i recently got an oil change at fastrack oil lube...do you think they change them?

im doing alittle engine /brake tune up. no slotted or drilled rotors yet, but just replacing them and pads, oil, spark plugs, oil, and might do the filter aswell. thanks.

this help out my car, i did a total engine oil flush and my gas milage improve a little from 220 to 275. that is a start. i did all the 60k tune ups.

Fuel Filters are like 10 dollars, for a normal oil change they would not change that

empty out your truck. if you are crazy enough, remove the donut as well.

Dont worry i have bad gas millage to. My only suggestion is keep you foot off the floor, i know its hard and i cant resist either but it make a big differance. Also try to by i diffent gas, i by citgo now cause it seams like i get better gas milage wit it.

I think greenmax95se's max seems to have a problem (@10mpg), but low 20's is probably normal for winter driving - especially if you let it warm up before hittin' the road.
