Changing Fuel filter.

Well I should wrap this up before I start to ramble.

Changing Fuel filter.

How much you think dealer will charge to replace fuel filter. I just bought it. and attempting do it my self. i wan to know how much money i save....

it's the dealer they charge an arm and a leg for everything.
You save alot. If you can't do it yourself just take it to a mechanic they will do it for less than the dealer.

I just changed the fuel filter yesterday. I used long handled needle nose pliers to hold the fuel hose while I twisted and pulled on the filter. I used 45 degree angled needle nose pliers to hold the top hose and straight nose pliers for the bottom hose after the top hose was taken off and the filter was turned sideways. This was the only way I could change it and this was my third attempt.

get a haynes manual too...should make it easier...
