Probably obvious to most here but if you have a 5 speed the rpms will not drop like that as long as you are in gear. If you have a GXE 5speed it almost certainly would have a rev limiter though. (Except the 95 Max)

I thought a limiter would turn off as soon as the speed dropped below 115 again . When does the fuel cutout stop? Do you have to release the gas pedal or something? Not that it matters to me .

Whats the red warning light in the Vid? I don't think I have ever seen any of the top lights on.

The fuel turns back on at about 105. The light on in the top center is "O/D Off."

Wow, it goes all the way to 1kRPM when it hits the rev limiter? I guess I dont have one then.. That must be bad when the gas comes back on and it hits the tranny into gear.

So what should happen in a 5spd? Id like to know if I have one or if Im topping out...cuz I dont see why it should top out so low and before redline.
