Also you should at least replace the front strut bearings and the mounts (front) and rubber isolators (front and rear) (the front one is inside a metal piece that sits inside the mount.). If those go bad, you end up pulling the struts and compressing the springs again to fix them. Use stock Nissan parts for those as many have had bad luck with these kyb parts.
I hate re-doing a job because I didn't replace something I should have...

You dont need no damn spring compressor, its fun watching stuff shoot across the room When I lowered my car I didnt have to buy anything other than the springs and struts and wire wrap so there is no noise! It works fine.
