95-96 cheap front options?
there is one guy who cut the lower bar out so it has big open mouth. not sure if i like it, i'd have to see in person, but it's one option.
maybe try a grille or something else. depending on what color you have, if darker you can tint out the bumper lights.
be creative!

dont forget the gutterguard grille! From Home Depot
I did this mod for $3.50 or so it takes 2 gutterguard sections to complete. one for upper grille (lots of waste) and 1 for two lower grilles ( little waste)
It makes the front look LOTS better, very fitting with the chrome handles my GLE has.
No pics yet.. but search and you can find lots of .orgers with em.

How to cut the middle bar? DIY or brought it to a body shop?
HEY GUYS..
Yeah, it was pretty simple if you have access to a cutting wheel and know a thing or two about patching urethane. I've got a Skyline style front bumper which I'm also modifying (can't leave anything the way it is). I'm selling the front bumper you see in the pictures as well as the "Pontiac" looking grille. If anyone's interested, feel free to email me. If you do that front bumper, I do recommend painting the metal bumper bar black so you don't really see it, or you can cut it out like I did.
