I will have to wait to see the part numbers on my mother's 2000 Maxima. But I would have to say that they may fit since your 99 has the same wiring/ECU characteristics that the 5th Gens do. If you can, get the part numbers off yours and see if you can get the part numbers for those off the 2000....

I don't have the paperwork but..
all six of mine are the 2000 Maxima Coils. Changed them out about 20K miles ago. The car runs just as smooth like Day one NO problems at all.
The Dealer showed me the paperwork and I distinctly remember bringing it to his attention...that they were 2000 Max coils. He said that there was a run of bad coils in the 99model year so they have been replacing them with these coils.

Ok actually those are the model numbers for the 98 and 99's as well..so you got the right ones. This deal on ebay is so good I wish they would fit.
