problems leading to code 03 02

i got the code 03 02 the other day and i can't figure it out ... when i put it in the decoder it came out as "EGR System Hi/Low Flow" but i have no idea ... anyone wanna help me out here ... btw i have franken car midpipe with a K&N filter
