any suggestions for taking off rusted striped bolts?

i tried disconnecting my stock y pipe today to install my budget pipe and could not get the bolts that connect to the catt off , i sprayed lubricants, torched it and still no budge, winding up striping the bolt

any suggestions?
also now where can i get a new bolt to take its place ,is that only a dealer item?

cut it off... take it to any shop BUT the dealer. Dealership is gonna cost u like 50 bucks for a half hour job. As for the bolt.. maybe 2 dollars or so.

If you torched it and it still didn't move, you didn't get it hot enough. Get a real torch, propane ain't gonna do it.

Heat it till it glows red. You can take it off with just a pair of pliers when it's that hot. Glowing red hot metal is very soft. Rust or no rust, it comes off like butter.
