The parts guy at the Nissan dealer gave me the wrong one, too. I just reused the old one, since it was in good condition.

That gasket is a PIA. I got one from Nissan. The problem with it was the hole for the EGR tube meet up was too small so I had to cut it to fot properly. Everything else lined up.

That gasket is what gave me a big vacuum leak when I initially installed the VI.

The cool part is when I reinstalled the gasket it only took me about 30 minutes to move some stuff and reinstall it.

@nd time on VI installation is the trick. First time solo, little bit more time consuming.

I got sick of messing with the EGR gasket, because they also sent me the wrong one TWICE, and I had thrown the old one away.

I just removed it completely and used form-a-gasket.

Problem solved.
