Need OEM wheel comparison pics

I'd like side by side comparison photos of a non-lowered 4th gen with regular 97-99 SE 16" 5 spoke wheels, and then the same setup but with 5th gen SE 17" 6 spoke wheels. I'm debating on which of these two to purchase when it gets a little warmer and/or I find a good deal. My suspension is stock and will probably stay that way for a while. City potholes scare me.

Let the photo posting and linking begin!

TIA

While I was in canada, I saw a few maximas with different " factory" rims than we have down here. and they looked close to the 5th gen wheels, ( hell liked em better than my original stock ones)
You might consider those also!

Pesky canuks ( why they got better beer and cooler max parts??)

It all depends what look your going for and if you plan to lower. With the 17's your car will look more 4 X 4 then before without lowering. With the 16's you will look like all the other stock ones, but thats not a bad thing, I have always liked those wheels for stock.

The 4x4 look is a concern, but I'd like to see some pictures anyway. Can people post or link photos of non-lowered 4th gen maximas with stock SE wheels (97-99) and stock 5th gen SE wheels? I think im deciding between those 2 types (maybe the 16" se wheels on the 5th gen's but probably not).

Click on my homepage and on the first page you can see my car next to my dads. His has the 17's on the 5th gen w/ no drop and I have the 16's on my 4th gen with a slight drop (H&R's). Just look around, I konw there are better pics out there, but since no one posted any yet that one may help out a little.

Glad you helped. I still wanna compare the stock 4th gen SE wheels to the stock 5th gen SE wheels ON a 4th gen (not lowered) so if anyone has that type of setup, please let me know!

I like my 98 SE wheels, but if I had to get different ones, I'd probably go for the Altima 17" wheels. I think they look better than the 5th gen six spoke wheels. Here they are on e-bay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33748 I believe Mishmosh has them on his 4th gen (but lowered) on his homepage. Hope this helps.

None of these are lowered, and all but the first have a kit on. Sorry, the pics taken with the 16s on were with a crappy camera.

OEM 16s (stock)

OEM 16s

OEM 17s

2 more

OEM 16s

OEM 17s

I should also mention that I'm running 225/50s on the 17s, so they have a little more tire to them when compared to the stock tires on stock wheels. I think this helps the wheel gap a little.
