I accidently filled up my car with 89 octane instead of 93. About 20 min after that, the check engine light came on. I pulled the codes today 0503 -front right heated O2 sensor and 0115 -fuel injector sys right bank; lean. I reset the ecu after that, started the car, and no light, however the car has not been driven yet. I have 74k miles now.

Could the gas cause this? Is one of these codes a phantom code? How much is an oxygen sensor?
