Which clear bumpers are better?

I am just wondering which ones you guys think look nicer. the euro ones from southwest, or the diamond clear cut ones from custom maxima? any feedback would be great.

Diamonds

For the "standard" clear mod, my vote is for Diamond Cuts from Custom Maxima. $43 well spend (includes shipping). I love mine on pebble beige. It's a HUGE difference for a small investment. Oh yeah, don't forget to do the park/blink bumper mod when you install the clears. One more note: Buy good bulbs before installation because the cheap ones with the kit are orange/pink dips.

SW vs. CM

I guess the Southwests are D/C. I have the Custom Maximas, so I can vouch for them. The older "clears" have a slightly cloudy look to them from what I've heard. Several org posters have strongly suggested Diamond Cuts....and I agree whole heartedly.

Park/Blink Mod

Be aware that this dude wrote up the article based on a '96. From experience, '97 wiring is difference so watch what you are doing. Also, PepBoys does have the harness ($6.99 each) but the packaging has changed from his image. The background color of the socket package is blue rather than pink. Code number is the same.

Agreed

if i had bought a max with any other color besides black i would never get clears. Since i did tho, i had to smoke'em and becasue no orange up front i had to clear out the rears.

I got into a wreck not too long ago and the dealership changed out my diamond cuts from CM to the APC style and I personally think the APC clear corners look the best.

so to get that effect, you used the DC clears and smoked them? as opposed to using the stock orangies and tinting them.
