Dashboard switches

I have a '95 GXE and I want to install some switches in the empty slots on the dash (near the cruise control switch) to use for hard wiring some lights and a radar detector. Can anyone please tell me where I can find switches that will fit these slots, and how to remove the dash to get them in? Thanks for your time!

I took the far left slot piece out and managed to fit two switches by cutting to fit and dremeling them. I have one for fogs and one for the other "lights". I can take pics if you want and post them tomorrow. Was a tight fit, but think it looks clean.
