They seem pretty yellow, even with the mod to make both filaments burning. I actually would rather want to slightly blue tint color to match with my lights. anyone know other corners (1157's)? and color comments please!

Ok, this might sound cheesy, but I went to Office depot and got a set of sharpies markers. I have the indiglos and a set of 5 autometer gauges inside. I wanted them all to be the same color. So, with a little practice and trial and error, I got the bulbs to match. I also got pulled over by some dumb cop saying my polarg corner lights were too blue for him ( In wash: blue, and green outside are a no no) So I went and changed them to a light amber. I also made my rear signal lamps a brighter orange with the markers. ( I have the clear corners)

Its cheap and I can make about any color I need to

i dropped by racinglab.com couple months ago for new bulbs. originally i had my mind set on polargs. by the time i arrived there they suggested raybrigs, they are true JDM bulbs which shines brighter than polars but same price. he tested with me the difference and it was true tat raybrigs were brighter than polargs.

i used to have those ghey APC/3A "superwhite" bulbs, but tat day i immediately swap out all my APC/3As into raybrigs, which includes signal X2, corners top X2, corners bottom X2, and dome lights. raybrigs are great, i love them =)

 

Are they brighter because they are whiter in color?

 

Raybrigs and Polargs are both bright, I believe the Raybrigs are brighter, but lately I've been hearing everywhere about those hyperwhite lights being rice. I'm glad I changed all my bulbs to amber led bulbs when I got my HIDs.
