Pathfinder TB

I read that someone was gonna install a 3.5L pathfinder TB somwhere. What is the difference in size between the pathy TB and the maxima? What kinda gains can you expect? Is the 3.5L TB the only one that will work? I know i can find other pathfinders, but if there is little/no difference in the two, then i am not going to bother with it.

MardigrasMax did this. Will not make much of a difference unless you are boosted.

Im putting mine on in a few days, the pathfinder one is 70mm and max is 60mm. Mardigrasmax the first one to do it,he said use a 2001 pathy TB ,but for some reason my 2001 looks different than his 2001 . I eatimate the gain NA 6-9 at the wheels. You must port the opening of the intake manifold.

The port job is easy if your VERY careful and have a steady hand and dont get shavings in the manifold thats if you do it with it on. If you look on junkyard sites on the internet, you will find it used between $50 and $300. forgot the site. This will not just bolt on, if you are serious about doing this and get the right TB ,PM me and i will help you.
