just cleaned my T.B!

just cleaned my T.B!

i just got done cleaning my throttle body and the results were inredilbe! The car is noticeably quicker off the line and accelerates much smoother. Any one else have such good results?

Did you remove the whole tb and clean it or just wipe the inside?

Just did the same to my I30 with not incredible results, that's maybe because mine was not so dirty !

I wiped the inside of my TB COMPLETELY clean and WOW. Huge improvement in idle and quality of acceleration (no jump of acceleration when tapping/first depressing on the accel pedal)

Same here

I just cleaned mine also and there is a noticable difference in response. I also changed the fuel filter the night before. I didn't take it completly off to clean it though because I hadn't planned on cleaning it so I didn't have gasket on hand. But I'll a complete cleaning soon. I'm happy with what I've done so far though..
