Brakes Questions.

Hey Guys I have some brake questions, only for street/highway driving and I hit 100 mph all the time.(I searched for them a while back, but I can't any more, so here) Thanks for reading and thank you for any answers.

- Do cross-drilled rotors warp? (I assume they cannot be resurfaced)
- How long do they last compared to stock. Say 30K miles? (I know it depends on breaking, but just an estimate)

- Is there any noticible increase in noise when stoping (say up to 60, 80 and 100 mph) (for both drilled and slotted)

- Is it worth buying stillen, or would any of those after market do (like the ones at tirerack.com, or other website that are listed on magazines). What are some sugestions on where to buy?

- What pads work well with cross-drilled.

- My back breaks have about 50% on them and I think my fronts have about 25% left. Is it worth doing the two on front and then the two on the back, or should I just loose that 50% on the back and do both of them.

- I am expecting to spend about $700 total. Is this reasonable? My estimate is bases on 6 months ago, stillen had a deal for brakes and pads (all 4 wheels) for about $500, and I assumed $200 for label. I would love to do the job myself, but I can't because I have no tools or space.

I got the Stillen setup for $500 all the way around. They have been perfect from day one. Got about 10,000 miles on them now. They stop much better then OEM and they are smooth as silk. Best $500 bucks I ever spent on the car!
