o2 and Knock sensor's gone

o2 and Knock sensor's gone
My knock sensor and 2 o2 sensors are blown. The dealer wants $600 to replace all of them. Is there any way to do it cheaper?

Do the o2 sensor yourself. ($70 or so).
That'll fix the knock sensor.

i have the same problem, i just ordered the part, but how do i replace it? is there an instructional manual that i can buy that has it (haynes maybe?) or an online how - to ?
