Help! I have takin the great advice offered on replacing my bulbs. I now have 9004 and h3's. Now I really want some matching superwhite high intensity driving lights that will fit nicely in my '99 Maxima SE. Any suggestions? Pictures? If I get PIAA's do you recomend the PIAA locks? Remote control?

Thanks for the help!!!

i have the same setup as you. Piaa 9004's in my new 99 headlights and Piaa H3 85watt fogs in the stock 96 lenses. As for the corner lenses i used all Polarg Super Whites, 1157 next to headlights and 194 for the lower side markers. As for the blinkers i went with the clear bulbs that came stock in the car.
If you want to have the corner lights match the headlights even closer i say re-wire them. Just cut off or file down the nubby things on the side of the 1157 bulb. Then install the bulb backwards in the socket. This wil make the brighter filament light up and almost match the headlights exactly. It also matches up to the 194 bulbs alot better. I do warn you that the corner lenses will get very hott and possibly warp or even burn. It being the winter the lenses wont heat up as much, but come the summer there will most likely be some problems. Its up to you. I re-wired them for a night, but decided to keep it stock so i wont damage my new 99 corner lenses. Goodluck!

PIAA Driving Lights

Thanks for the lighting suggestions but i am talking about actual PIAA Driving lights. Not additional new bulbs. I need a recomendation or two of what type fit and look best in the front end. Thanks again for the help.

Hey, Please do not damage your car and install the ugly *** 1100 series. You gotta go with the 1700X Superwhites if you want to match all of your other lights. They are the best looking fogs made by piaa. I have them on my car, the pic in my sig was taken before they were installed, I'll try and get some pics up with them on. I have them in the plasma blue to match my headlights and fogs, and they compliment them very nice.

Listen Buddy, I've didn't mean to "rain on your parade" i was just stating my opinion. As for always trying to start trouble, I think you need to check back on the posts that I have gotten in arguments on. It started out with me asking a legitimate question and someone else saying something like "YOUR RIMS ARE UGLY" or "YOUR WIPERS SUCK" or something of that nature. This forum was set up so that people can get opinions on certain things. This guy wants to know what PIAA Lights he should get and I stated my opinion that the 1100 series is ugly as sh*t. So pipe down before you have all the facts.

I have the 1400's I think that they look really good. They are a smaller light so they fit in the bottom grill very nice. I bought the super whites, and they look great with my plasma whites. Sorry no pics. My 2 cents

Right on...I would give a witty reply to defame your intelligence (i.e- make you look like a stupid a**) but you make it to easy. At least Adam gave me a slight challenge in my last 'argument post'. I'll leave it at that, you're right and I'm wrong, I bow my head to you and will say Good Day.

I am replying to your previous post not to respond to the intelligent and mature comments that you made, but to answer your question..."Just wondering how's 1100 series gonan damage car?"

It's like if you get a tattoo across your forhead of a one-eyed octapus drinking a diet pepsi.
