Question about dashboard lights.

When the lights light up on the dashboard light the SES Light, Brake Light, Dashboard Light, etc, on the left hand side right below the MPH gauge, I only see the AIRBAG and BRAKE Light light up theres about 4 sections that don't light up what are those supposed to be did my bulbs go out???

yea...u need to take out ur dash and replace the bulb.

But what are those lights supposed to represent I bet you its options that my car probably doesn't have.

Turn your key to the "battery" position. All the lights should light up except for the "low warning washer fluid" lamp and the "cruise control" lamp. The air bag should light up, then go off. The washer fluid lamp only works if you have the sensor installed, but I think it doesn't light up at startup. If any of the other lamps don't illuminate, I would first check a fuse. If the fuse is good, I would take the cluster apart and replace ALL the bulbs, so that you don't have to take the cluster apart again.
