removing front 02 sensors

removing front 02 sensors

Whats the best tool to remove both front 02 sensors???
Is the o2 special socket the best way to go??

Some have said that it's possible with open-end wrenches, but I don't see how. The O2 socket seems like an inexpensive way to prevent the cursing. I used it...Works great. I think I used a universal as well.

I don't know how hard it is without the O2 sensor socket, but with it, it's a piece of cake.

I just used it with a swivelling head 3/8" drive ratchet.

Thanks guys for the info!!Thats what I was wondering about, if its that easy getting in there with an open end 22 millimeter.

im having trouble using www.buyoxygensensors.com.anybody had same experience?the page is just blank after reloading

O2 Sensor Socket and a "Stubby" 3/8 Ratchet. You can't fit a big ratchet in there, its a tight squeeze. The stubby ratchet will give you enough torque and it fits in your palm.
