Nissan uses Bosch for the o2 sensors so as long as you get ones for the maxima doesnt matter were you get them and all our o2 sensors have 3 wires

i here some people use throttle body cleaner and others use break cleaner... i think as long as it doesnt have silicon in the cleaner it should be fine but i just replaced mine so i never tryied cleaning them

If you haven't replaced your O2 sensor yet you can clean it.
In fact, the easiesy way thay I have found to clean them is to start the car and spray an entire can of Gumout into the throttle body while running the engine at around 2000 rpm's.

It cleans a lot of other stuff at the same time..... then put a pint of Marvel mystery oil in your gas tank to relube your valves and upper cylinders.... helps injectors too!
