Broken Grill on 98 Maxima SE

I slammed into someone because of my worn tires...the grill is a little messed up, the plastic piece that's holding the grill on the right side is broken. There is no damage on the left side so the grill is tilted to the right a little bit if you look at it.

Where could I get a new grill? These guys have it:

But I don't know if that's the right thing. Anyone know how to install the grill?

That's the other question I have, difference between Grill and Grille.

What about the degree of difficulty in installation?
