anyone with RVM UDP leaking seal?? or hitting the crank sensor???

anyone with RVM UDP leaking seal?? or hitting the crank sensor???

#1ok guys i've had the RVM UDP for 2,500 miles on my car.i changed my crank sensor (REF) and i seen scrapes marking on the sensor looks like the timing ring is touching it. i tighen down the allen screw when i installed it. anyone ??? how do i fix it

#2i seen my crank seal leaking 2.i changed it (dealer part).(was not leaking before).went in good (seal). put some lube on the UDP where the seal and pulley meet. anyone have these problems??????? how do i fix it??

I've had mine for 12K miles and no problems yet. Are you sure it was installed correctly?

ya i belive its on right i work in a garge. i think im gonna change the seal again.

i guess its just the seal so im just gonna replace that and leave the crank sensor alone no CEL

there is a thread in the group deal forum that talks about Definitive VQ pullies vs. RVM. They said what you are talking about was inevitable with the RVM pulley because of the way it is made.

I had the same problem a couple of months after I installed it. All I did was just rplace the seal and its been fine since.

No. It started leaking and I couldn't find out what the hell it was until I got it checked out.I replaced the seal there after

yes, i changed it but it was not leaking until i replace the pulley and the seal.
