brake question?

brake question?

hi, lets get to it. i change my brakes recently and when i reverse the brakes make a loud noise. its only the driver rear and only happen when i reverse. any help would be appericated. thank you

Get a new shim kit from Nissan. Replace all the hardware on your calipers. Clean and regrease the guide pins with the rubber based grease (provided in the kit) Use the moly lube on the back of the shims (provided in the kit) and your brakes will be silent.

The kit costs about 30 bucks, it's well worth it.

thanks got the kit for 22, i replace the shimmy but did not use the gel

How loud and what kind of noise?

I'd just pull the wheel and take a look at something you might have accidently screwed up... Maybe one of the anti-rattle springs has worked itself loose....
