so far on my car, I have a wpspd y-pipe, resonated b-pipe and frankencar intake. My mechanic told me this past week that I will need a new muffler in the very near future. What kind of muffler could I get that will fit with the Y-pipe? Will a newer Nissan muffler fit? Any other suggestions are welcome. My muffler just got a very small hole in it, and it sounds like a fart-can exhaust . I can't stand that! Thanks a lot!

get a 5th gen muffler, or just another 4th gen. The 5th gen might need some modification, but nothing that can't be done.

well, the ypipe has nothign to do with a muffler fitting, its the b-pipe that connects to the muffler. obvioulsly you can get a new muffler of the same model and bolt right up or any muffler you choose can be welded on to the rest of the exhaust at a small shop charge to weld flanges ect..
