Y-pipe->2.5 Piping->Universal Ractive Spec V Muffler

Friday I'm gonna do all of this...Install Y-Pipe, then put a 2,5 Piping all trough to the Universal Ractive Muffler. I made my 15$ intake today and installed it.

How much will I gain Friday? What time should I hit(1/4)(auto)? Hows the sound?

Your biggest gain will be from the y-pipe and will prolly be in the area of 15hp, after that, from the rest of the exhaust, an extra 5hp or so. 1/4 times rely on too many variables, i won't get into it.
as for sound, its gonna be LOUD, ractive makes LOUD mufflers, PLEASE tell me you got a resonated b-pipe, otherwise i think it will be ricey as $hit

Sorry for the hijack, anyone want to recommend a good universal muffler that will be relativly quiet, I plan on getting a warpspeed b and a muffler to go along with it, but I'm a little bit unsure atm. Magnaflow is at the top of my list right now. I would get a 2k2 muffler but I really hate dual tip's, so those are out.

Yea, i didnt get a resonator on my b pipe and it is definately loud. Is it worth buying a new b pipe from budget or is it possible to get a resonator put in for a decent price?

i recommend getting a resonator on that b-pipe. all that aftermarket stuff, starts to sound ricey loud without some type of silencer restriction. You basically have a y-pipe and a catback and greddy catback has 2 resonators and some people consider it loud, imagine what would happen with none....

Because if you look at it, the Y-pipe could also be shaped like an F (if you tilt your head a bit)

Their b-pipes come both resonated and not. I would recommend getting to resonator.

Youll be quick, but not as quick as a 5-speed with 1/2 the mods.

Thanks alot guys...

I have a silencer that goes in the muffler, so it may not be as loud...

Yeah, I will have a 2.5 piping B pipe custom made but with no resonator.

ive heard a Y and B with no resonator'ed max with a stock muffler and it was pretty loud at idle, but sounded nice when driving. Thats what i plan on doing very shortly...B pipe, no resonator

As for having an aftermarket muffler, id hope you would get the B resonated, the "silencer" in the muffler wont do that much.

Theres a 2K max around here with a borla/greddy/stillen (cant remember) exhuast, with a Y and Unresonated B and i swear if i wasnt looking, i swore a civic was starting up...horrible

Is it a canister(round not oval) type muffler? Those are the ones that sound like civics...
