When I drive i notice that my headlight is adjusted to face so high up, the there is no lighting on the ground when driving at night. Whats the normal hieght for headlights and shouldn't the ground be lit at night from the beam of the light???? Stupid Question I know...But I had To Ask...

I don't think that is normal. Check FAQ's on how to aim headlights.
