I picked up a New Exedy Clutch off of Ebay for $120.
A short shifter for $25

I also want to do the struts and springs. I am curious as to prices for both. And are the AGX struts that much better than the GR-2's?

My car is a 95, are there any other suspension upgrades that would show a ride difference. Do the strut bars really work??
