Gauge Needles
Gauge Needles
hey, i just bought a 96 SE,...all the lights in the intstrument panels are broken, and thinkin of gettin reverse indiglo gauges when i fix all that, but i was wondering...do the needles light up , or do they just stay dark at nite like in some cars???? If so, are they real bright like in Volkswagens, or are they lame & i should just get led needles???
POINTERS!!!
Needles are what the doctor sticks in you. Personally, i would keep the stock white SE guages and just replace the bulbs. It's a very very VERY nice stock display (when it works obviously). The pointers are red at night while the rest of the display is black with white numbers/letters. It's all very bright. I usually dim it way down and go stealth mode =)
