I'm getting the ever-popular 0503 and 0903 EVAP system error codes. Tried squirting some WD-40 into the valve, but no dice. I will probably just get a new valve. However, we're nearing the end of the month and I don't know if I'll be able to get the valve and have a chance to put it on before inspection is due. Does anyone know if the car will pass emmisions (Pennsylvania) with the CEL lit?

If they do an OBD 2 test, then no, it will not pass
