Budget Y pipe

I am ordering mine tomarrow but i have a couple questions. How long did it take for you to get the pipe? What do I need to buy before I do the install? Are there online install instructions? I want to have everything set so I can get this done as soon as i get it. How long and how hard was it? Thanks

it takes about 2-5 days depending on where you live, northeast would get it the fastest
takes about an hour or two if you got the right tools, hardest part is getting some of those old rusty bolts off...a breaker bar wrench and some PB penetrating catalyst spray would be a definite help
budget should send you the gaskets along with it, so its basically just take the old one out, and put the new one in the same way with new gaskets
you can get instructions from several sites...www.maximadriver.com is one of them...i think www.motorvate.ca is another...www.vbmaxima.8m.com might also have it
all the stuff you need is listed on the sites, but basically i think as far as i remember, you just need sum good jackstands, a long rachet type of wrench(breaker bar), several various length extension for the rachet, various size sockets, pliers, some PB penetrating catalyst spray(you can find it at autozone), and hopefully a friend to give you a helping hand, one to hold the pipe while one can bolt it up
changing both front oxygen sensors wouldnt hurt while ur at it ONLY if theyre not in working condition(if you have engine codes), and depending on how many miles u have on ur car
its not that hard of a job, but its definately not the easiest, if u got the rite stuff/tools and u follow the instructions, you shouldnt have much of a problem...as for myself, i got my pipe during february and it was wayyy too cold for me to do it outside so i just paid a shop to install it, but it wasnt anything i couldnt install...the guy at the shop just blow torched the bolts off, lol
good luck and enjoy your new toy, you will
