I have a quick question about 18" Konig Tantrums. The website I am ordering them from says the Offset is 45mm, i've read many times that its good to stick with 40mm. However the website rep. assures me that the wheel will work no problems at all. My question is, will their be any problems? and if so what can I expect. I know some people have or had 18" konig Tantrums on their 4th gen, anyone with them had any fitment problems? Im also getting 235/40/18 tires. Thanks!

 

NM everyone, i just realized the search feature is working again (yay) got my answer!

 

yeah i got same rims and same size tires, no problems here. treadwear is a little more on the inside of the tire, but alignment shop told me that's normal with my setup...

MadMax you car looks sick as hell! I pretty much got screw today, discounttiredirect sold out of the tantrums, and wont be getting anymore, 30 minutes before i was going to order too, WhalenTire still has some 18x7.5's but their price is like 300 dollars more know any places other than discounttiredirect.com and whalentires.com that i can get some for a good price? I want the tantrums so bad, but I have a feeling im going to get stuck getting my second choice, Verdicts!
