Yup. Check the Group deal forum. Fidanza aluminum lightweight flywheels(approx 10lbs) for sale now. They will be shipped ex-factory Monday. I have one coming next day air for Ian. Another is promised to Mtrai. 2 others are pending. So I'll have ONE left in stock for sure. If you want one, talk to me asap and I'll save it. I know of 3-gen guy w/ a Fidanza and he loves it. The 4-gen guys seem to love it also. The torquey V6 doesn't seem to be affected by the lighter flywheel at all. But all report that the engine revs MUCH faster in 1st, alot better in 2nd and a little better in 3rd. As you go up in gears, the lightness affect diminishes. But EVERYONE that has installed one has loved it. Quality? Seems to be every bit as good as the UR. Especially when the UR unit will probably cost you $500.

I had though about getting the UR, but everything I read about it said it only weighed 5lbs... I wanted a lightweight flywheel, but not that lightweight! I think a 10lb one will be just about perfect...

Now I know I read a post that mentioned that a flywheel can be very benefitial in some cases, but not so much for some who plans on drag racing, is this true? Would someone such as myself who, for the time being is more interested in the strip just lighten the stock flywheel a few pounds?

that was a post that someone posted their opinion, opinion is like a
a_sshole everyone has one. Dont believe the BSh!t hype I have one and I was running 13.8's @ 104, w/the allow flywheel I am @ 13.6's @ 106.89MPH thats not an opinion thats a fact. The fidenza unit is a bit lighter then the stock unit but it does not weight 5lbs either which is a great mod for the money.
