What will I run???

My car is a 99gle AutoMagic I have an Intake, Exaust(not full cat back) Syntec Oil, NGK 4 Spark Laser Platinums, 17x7.5 with Kuhmo Exta Supra ZR tires
I might have a y-pipe by then
Im going to the trax the Day after Graduation
My freinds keep telling me my car wont run under 16,

Any bodys opinion will help a lot, They are telling me that whatever I see on the internet I beleive, Even though I smoked all of them they arent taking it!

im not sure how heavy those rims are, but without a y-pipe and a good launch you can expect high 15's maybe mid 15's depending on your elevation.

if you have the y-pipe and launch good you can expect 15.2-15.6, depending on your elevation.

Im planning on puting z-rates on 2 of my regular rims and put them on the front for more lightness, It's gonna have more traction this way also
