haha seriously though, what does it take to maintain an engine bay that clean? My car came dirty as hell... it's all cleaned out but no where near perfect so i dont even try. maybe i should get it steam steam cleaned.

Spray on, give it a minute to work its charm, then hose off. If there's lots of gritty crap, you might want to do some wiping with heavy duty paper towels that don't fall apart when wet. All I did was just bag up my intake. The car started fine the next morning.

Anyone that is going to clean their engine bay and only going to cover their intake and battery better beware cause your car may have problems in the future or may not even start the next day. Instead of me explaining it, read this article, it explains everything.

When cleaning the engine bay, other than the intake, do you have to worry about any electricaly wires or fuses that may control fuel injection and headlights and all that good stuff? I see alot of wires in the engine bay. I dont want to short anything out or just mess things up at all. Let me know guys! Thanks alot!!!
