new suspension: OBX coilvers for $180.

found this on eBay, anybody got this? gettin a coilovers doesn't require shocks and springs rite? if so howZ will the ride quality be different than the shock/spring setup?

OBX requires shocks, it's only a coilover sleeve and spring, just like in the picture. All coilovers are generally really stiff due to them being designed for a really low drop to keep from bottoming out. OBX are probably exactly like the Ground Controls and weapon R, so their description here would probably be pretty much the same:

I have these and they do require a strut/shock. The are just like any other sleeve coilover. One complaint I have is the rear spring should be stiffer but all in all they work great.
